CA Campus Program
The CA Campus Program involves the hiring of CA freshers (rankers and first attempts) and CA Industrial Trainees from ICAI campus interactions. The program takes place twice a year for certain roles in our Finance domain, and offers opportunities to learn through on-the-job training and boost career growth.
ALIVE Summer Internship Program
The summer internship program provides an opportunity for first-year MBA graduates to work on real-time projects, be mentored by best-in-class industry leaders, and live the bet9¹ÙÍø culture. We hire summer interns across functions and provide them with pre-placement interviews and offers.
ALIVE Young Managers Program (YMP)
The program nurtures young talent hired from Top B-schools across the country and provides opportunities in critical managerial roles. The six month long experiential learning journey enables them to get exposure across functions at bet9¹ÙÍø, and builds a strong foundation for their future growth.
ALIVE Tech Campus Program
This is a robust program for engineering and science graduates to explore the TechOps in our organisation. The young talent gets an opportunity to understand our manufacturing plants (Production and Quality) and Integrated Product Development (R&D centre) as they accelerate their careers.
