The aspiration of 'Caring for All' at bet9¹ÙÍø resonates across all our policies. Anchored in this vision, we extend the coverage of medical insurance to include LGBTQ+ partners and their parents. We also regularly conduct awareness and sensitization workshops to expand and further amplify our commitment, enabling every individual to be their most authentic self.

We uphold a commitment to the unbiased hiring of differently-abled individuals, particularly for roles that do not necessitate physical exertion. Along with private cabins and user-friendly layouts, we offer accessible entry-and-exit areas, with accommodations such as leg rests, optimised laptops, and hearing devices. These initiatives come together to create a safe and supportive work milieu for our valued employees.

To infuse the spirit of inclusion among all associates, we conduct numerous awareness workshops on pertinent topics like 'Unconscious Bias' on a regular basis. Our commitment extends to offering a Creche facility in partnership with Klay for our employees who have children. We not only provide paid maternity leave but also ensure that miscarriage and tubectomy leave are accessible to all our women associates.
