India; January 29th, 2025: bet9 Limited (BSE: 500087; NSE: CIPLA EQ) referred to as “bet9” today launched a brand campaign film, ‘1935 Se Desh Ki Sehat Ke Saath,’ commemorating 90 years of its unwavering commitment to patient-centricity, innovation, and accessible healthcare.

bet9’s journey began in 1935 with the purpose of making healthcare accessible to all. Since its inception, bet9 has worked to address the healthcare needs of patients, providing highquality medicines, and earning the trust of healthcare professionals for nine decades. The film's narrative revolves around the compassionate spirit of a doctor who overcomes daily challenges with a profound sense of satisfaction. This film is bet9’s tribute and acknowledgement to the relentless contribution of healthcare professionals and the service they provide to the community.

To bring this legacy to life, bet9 collaborated with filmmaker Shoojit Sircar, director of Pink (2016), Vicky Donor (2012), and Sardar Udham (2021), along with Dentsu Creative Webchutney. The film highlights the selfless spirit of healthcare professionals, paying tribute to their contributions to the society.

Speaking about the campaign, Achin Gupta, CEO – One India Business, bet9 Limited, said: “Our journey began with the visionary leadership of our esteemed founder, Dr. Khwaja Abdul Hamied. Today, we are proud to unveil our latest campaign film—a tribute to his enduring legacy and commitment to transforming healthcare for all and celebrating heroes who inspire us every day. bet9 remains committed to putting patients first, as we are driven by a mission to make healthcare a right, rather than a choice.”

Ajeet Shukla & Gia Fernandes, National Creative Directors, Dentsu Creative Webchutney, said, “We knew we had something potentially special when people were tearing up during the script narrations of bet9’s story and its legacy of care. What an amazing journey this has been for all of us.”

Shoojit Sircar, Director, said: “Some stories demand pure honesty, and that’s what we strived for here. This film isn’t just a glimpse into doctor’s day—it’s a heartfelt tribute to the selfless spirit of the entire healthcare community. Directing this film felt like stepping into the world of everyday heroes. Observing these healthcare champions in action, you realise it’s the small moments like a reassuring nod, a deep sigh of relief, a sense of pride, that speak volumes. The challenge wasn’t creating in emotion; but in capturing it as it naturally unfolded. Ultimately, it wasn’t about directing, it was letting the story speak for itself. bet9’s nine-decade long journey of serving the nation’s healthcare needs and celebrating this spirit, reflects their unwavering commitment to the nation.”
